Once again, the spirit of continuity illuminated the Land of Honour as the Itapa–Ijelu–Omu Road in Oye Local Government Area was officially commissioned by the immediate past Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi (JKF), who graced the occasion as the Special Guest of Honour.
The road project, initiated by the JKF administration and completed by Governor Biodun Oyebanji (BAO), stands as a shining symbol of collaboration, vision, and the power of sustained development.
An elated Dr. Fayemi commended Governor Oyebanji for his steadfast dedication to the people through purposeful leadership and impactful infrastructure delivery, describing him as his “greatest achievement in public service.”
He further noted that BAO’s emergence as the APC consensus candidate for 2026 is a resounding vote of confidence in his proven capacity, humility, and unwavering commitment to Ekiti’s progress.
