Aregbesola was in what constituted APC Government since 1999 until 2023 when Tinubu defeated his candidate Atiku Abubakar and since then, he became jobless, frustrated and angry. During his time in the APC, he was a commissioner for 12 years, Governor for 8 years and a minister for 4 years. His retirement from sensible politics began 2 years ago. Therefore, he was a political office holder within the APC for 24 years.
Tinubu was Governor from 1999 till 2007 after which he held no office whatsoever again until he won the presidential election in 2023, 2 years ago.
Now, imagine Aregbesola who spent 24 years as an office holder in the APC Government, from Lagos to Osun to Abuja now attacking the same APC just because he’s no longer holding any office within the APC Government again! And now within 2 years of his irrelevance in that APC, the APC had become the problem of Nigeria and the solution is the ADC, the newly hijacked party by disgruntled politically displaced losers who offered him a National Secretary position to keep him occupied and associate his name with a title!
What a terrible shame!
