ZERO SCORECARD, ZERO JUSTIFICATION: WHY Cyril Fasuyi DOES NOT DESERVE A SECOND TERM
In a democracy, leadership is not a reward for occupying a seat—it is a responsibility measured by impact, visibility, and service to the people. Unfortunately, the representation of Ekiti North in the Senate under Cyril Fasuyi has left many with one unavoidable conclusion: there is little to show.
For a constituency filled with vibrant youths, hardworking farmers, traders, and professionals, what has been delivered in return? Where are the transformative projects? Where are the life-changing policies? Where is the strong voice that should echo the concerns of Ekiti North on the national stage?
A senator’s scorecard should speak loudly through:
• Visible constituency projects
• Empowerment programs that uplift the people
• Legislative contributions that address real issues
• Accessibility and accountability to constituents
Sadly, in this case, the silence is deafening.
Ekiti North deserves more than just representation—it deserves effective representation. The kind that brings development closer to the people, that fights for their interests, and that leaves a legacy of progress, not questions.
Now is the time for a change. Now is the time to choose competence over complacency, performance over promises, and impact over invisibility.
The future of Ekiti North cannot be gambled again. The people must rise, reflect, and make a bold decision—to elect a leader who will truly represent, serve, and deliver.
Ekiti North deserves better. The time to act is now.
