ODHA CONFIRMS AKANDE,15 OTHERS COMMISSIONER NOMINEE TO COMMISSIONER DESIGNATE
The Commissionership nomination of HONOURABLE AYODELE AKANDE SAMSON,FCA for Akoko North West Local Government, ANWLG was today officially confirmed into a Commissionership Designate status.
Hon.Akande who was the immediate Past Executive Chairman of ANWLG confirmation was officially conducted inside the Hallowed Chamber of the Ondo State House of Assembly, ODHA along with 15 other nominees.
While the entire world awaits further announcement of Akande as a substantive Commissioner over a Ministry by Dr.Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, Executive Governor, Ondo State in due course.
During the Confirmation Exercise of the Nominees the Speaker of the ODHA, Rt.Hon. Olamide Oladiji, described Akande as a friend of the house, very pleasant man, wonderful and resourcesfull financial guru, administrator per excellence and easy going.
“Akande is an high profile politician with high pedigree, who has all it takes to deliver on any governmental assignments and policy implementations”
Rt.Hon.Oladiji also gave insight into the reasons behind why the Executive Governor, Dr.Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa assembled a Team filled with financial management experts so that the government can deliver good governance and accountability including Akande whom he expressed his confidence in his ability to deliver an uncommon value.
The member of ODHA Representing Akoko North West Constituency 01, Honourable Fatai Bolaji Atere while reading Akande’s citation described him as a man with multi-disciplinary competence,an embodiment of humility and discipline,very honest and dedicated.
Atere applauded the great virtues of Akande from his various fields of endeavors and making his mark in Accounting, Auditing,Tax Consultancy, Project Management and Financial Advisory.
Atere, who also served as the Secretary To The Local Government, SLG during Akande’s Chairmanship tenure testified to Akande’s intellectual prowess and professional competence.
Stating, that “Akande used his financial expertise as a Tax Consultant not only to rejig the finances of the council but increased the Internal Generated Revenue,IGR without bringing pains and agony to the people”.

It would be recalled that since the announcement of Akande’s nomination two weeks ago,it has continue to attract wide commendations and applauses as felicitations and congratulatory messages has totally breakdown the social media space.
Akande was accompanied to the House of Assembly by a large crowd of his political supporters, admirers, families and friends from his political base at Akoko.
