Hon. Kolawole Davidson Akinlayo, MHR, officially commenced his ward-to-ward consultation tour across Moba Local Government with a remarkable and heartwarming reception at Osan Ekiti Ward. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as party members, stakeholders, and supporters gathered in large numbers to receive their representative with joy and pride.
The impressive turnout underscored the deep connection Hon. Akinlayo shares with the people, as chants of support, smiles, and visible enthusiasm set a positive tone for the day’s activities. It was a clear reflection of the confidence and trust the people of Osan Ekiti have in his leadership and performance.
In line with tradition and respect for the institution of royalty, Hon. Akinlayo paid a courtesy visit to the Kabiyesi, the Olosan of Osan Ekiti. During the visit, he expressed his deep respect for the throne and sought royal blessings for a successful engagement within the ward and beyond. The royal father, in turn, offered prayers and words of encouragement, further strengthening the bond between leadership and the traditional institution.
Highlighting his achievements, Hon. Akinlayo drew attention to one of the most significant infrastructural interventions in the community—the reconstruction of the Osan township road, which stretches to the Ekiti/Osun State boundary. This road, which had been abandoned for over three decades, has now been restored through his efforts, bringing relief, improved connectivity, and economic benefits to the people.
His intervention on this long-neglected project stands as a testament to his commitment to addressing critical needs and delivering tangible results that directly impact the lives of his constituents.
With such a powerful and successful kickoff in Osan Ekiti, it is evident that the Moba tour has begun on a strong note, further reinforcing The Akinlayo Effect—a symbol of purposeful leadership, visible achievements, and unwavering dedication to the people.
