Engineer Philip Ekundayo Atere remains an asset to Ekiti State and the Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji BAO led administration, as he is technically sound and politically inclined, a lover of good governance, committed to development and good deeds, the retired permanent secretary, who studied Power and machine inn the Federal polytechnic Ado, and later further his studies at Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma, is a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, and a COREN registered Engineer.
He has served in various capacity in government where he has done well.
