Ado-Ekiti came alive on Thursday as two major road projects were commissioned in the capital city.
The First Lady, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji, represented Governor Biodun Oyebanji to officially commission the Bovas-Spotless Road and the Palace-Oke Age-Idolofin Road.
The events were marked by colorful celebrations and jubilant crowds as residents turned out in large numbers to witness the historic moment. Speaker after speaker at the ceremonies showered accolades on Governor Oyebanji for his remarkable development strides and visionary leadership, which have redefined governance in Ekiti State while prioritizing the welfare of the people.
The Deputy Governor, Chief Monisade Afuye, alongside the SSG, HoS, COS, members of the State Executive Council, and other critical stakeholders, joined the First Lady at the commissioning ceremonies, underscoring the administration’s commitment to inclusive development.
